I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. Their gesture of upgrading my room from executive to deluxe was truly appreciated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the best customer experience, making my stay memorable. The deluxe room was luxurious, and the attention to detail in service was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for its generosity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

A perfect hotel in budget. Had stayed for one day in Nov 2023. Goods 1. Rooms : They upgraded us to bigger rooms since we have 2 small kids , and the rooms was very good. 2. Restaurant : It is on little expensive side but still the taste and service compensates for it. 3. Location : Located on main road with good connectivity from railway station. 4. Staff : they were really nice and smiled whenever see us (not the fake one) 5. Value for money : Everything comes down to what you pay and what you get and I felt we got everything we paid for , Rs 4500 (without breakfast) was a good deal for upgraded room) Bads 1. In Room services charge : They charge 50 for 20 rupees water bottle. 2. Non operational Pool : Pool was not working when we went so it was a down.

One of the better Hotels in Trivandrum and their Buffet, I say is sumptuous especially the Breakfast. Very cooperative staff and I will recommend this place to all my friends and colleagues. This is the second time we are staying at The Central Residency.

100% absolutely worthless hotel. Rooms are very small, feels claustrophobic. Service is very slow Food is absolutely absolutely pathetic, not worth the high price that they have put on their menu TV does not have any English or Hindi channels. Even the manager of the hotel does not speak English fluently. I’m not sure how they are catering to overseas guests? Location is apt for people who might want a one night, hold near to the railway station or the bus stand. But for that one night purpose, the price is very high for the kind of services provided. The rooms were neither luxury, nor with a great view, nothing special at all. We will rate this point 0.5 out of 5 stars

It’s really a nice three star hotel, and certainly you get a lot for your money. It’s a good location with very nice rooms and friendly people, and an alcohol bar, which I like. Nothing that special or unique about it, but a solid hotel nonetheless.

Best hotel in the tariff charged by them. Rooms are neat and clean,They have a decent dine in restaurant and a separate pub which serves great food at decent prices.

I had booked 20 rooms for a wedding at Hotel Central Residency. I had given the arrival and departure times of all my guests and requested the front desk manager, Mr Sinoj, to coordinate the same. To my pleasant surprise, all my guests were not only accommodated, but also looked after very well. I had given specific instructions regarding their rooms and food arrangements, which were also carried out just as I wanted. I am happy to say that there was not a single complaint from any of my guests. I was completely satisfied by the arrangements made by Mr Sinoj. The staff too was courteous and went out of their way to cater to the needs of the guests. Thank you Mr Sinoj. Please accept my thanks and compliments for a job well executed. Please convey the same to the staff too. I give a hotel a 5 star rating and will certainly recommend the hotel to my friends too.

Having scanned reviews everywhere, we made a last-minute reservation at The Central Residency, unsure of what to expect considering our disappointing experiences with Kerala hotels during the past six days of travel. However, despite our reservations, the hotel pleasantly surprised us. Its convenient location, just a stone's throw away from Trivandrum/Thiruvananthapuram station, placed us right in the heart of the city's bustling atmosphere. The hotel staff exceeded our expectations with their exceptional courtesy and helpfulness. When I needed assistance tying a mund, a traditional garment required for visiting the Shree Padmanabhswamy temple, a staff member promptly arrived within five minutes to lend a hand. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying and delicious. Furthermore, when we requested a late check-out, the hotel graciously extended our stay by two extra hours. Based on our experience, we highly recommend The Central Residency.
